Saffy was the only girl out
of 6 puppies whelped by Wren to Rocheby Old Smokey. She's won well in the show ring
with 1st place prizes at
Championship level and Best in Show at Open level.
After passing her Show Gundog Working Certificate I got hooked on
the working side too, and so continued training her, taking the
plunge and entering Working Tests. I was over the moon when we
eventually won a Novice Dog/Novice handler test beating a good entry
of working bred dogs!

Saffy and I have done some picking up together, as well as being
a keen retriever on birds she is also an athletic & agile one.
