A little introduction
Ebony 1992-2005
There had always been a dog at home in my childhood and when I stopped full time work and started a family I bought my first Labrador, Ebony, who joined Sam, our collie-cross, in the home. Ebony turned out to be lovely biddable and sensible girl who grew up with my children and who was responsible for introducing me to this lovely breed. Sadly Ebony was not registered with the KC so I didn't breed from her but I enjoyed her immensely and along with Sam we used to walk for many miles, tramping up and down the Cotswold hills with my daughter in the backpack.

My first litter was bred in 2007 from a bitch that I bought from Mrs Lynne Minchella (Abbeystead) and I am proud to have bred from Wren Labradors who have gained their stud book numbers and won Challenge Certificates in the show ring, hold Show Gundog Working Certificates and Working Gundog Certificates on Game.
What gives me a real thrill however, is to see Labradors that I have bred (and also their progeny) working in a partnership for
